MY sacred birth PHILOSOPHY

Birth is a natural part of our life process. And as women, we have been given a special gift from God, to create and nurture new life. Pregnancy is a very sacred time in a women's life and this time should be spent giving extra care and nourishment to our incredible bodies. My services will prepare your mind, body, and sprit for your ideal birth while nourishing you along the way.

Birth is a natural and sacred experience. Not one to be feared. With the proper tools and support mothers have the ability to birth free of fear, anxiety, and pain.


My vision is to offer mothers a calm and healing birth experience. Through movement medicine, healing breath, and a gentle awareness of God, we will work together to create a special and sacred birth journey. 


My life coaching program will address questions just like this. Together will release what no longer serves you so that you can create the life you were destined to live. You will embody your most authentic and radiant self expression. I believe that our "outer" world is a reflection of our "inner" world, so our journey begins by going within and getting clear about what may be holding you back from your bliss.


Through personalized journaling and meditation practices you will strengthen your inner guidance system for clarity of how heal, move forward with freedom, and consciously create. Together we will address the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that keep you from creating your best life. You will be given tools, exercises, and daily practices to break free of negative patterns and instead live in authentic self expression.

I offer a "pay as you go" plan with a sliding scale of $22-55 per session, you decide what it best for you. We can meet weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly depending on your personal budget.
