This program explores the 8 Limb path and journeys through the roots of yogic history to uncover the mysteries and healing powers of this ancient practice. Yoga is not just a physical practice, it's a life practice. Through this program you will become a certified yoga teacher while also deepening your personal practice and understanding of a yogic lifestyle. Through group discussion, guided lessons, and expressive art projects you will cultivate a deeper awareness and appreciation for yoga in your daily life, on and off your mat.

Program Policies

Over this 4 1/2 month program, we meet 9 times, which are full and intense weekends.  This program requires a significant time commitment so please consider your availability before registering.

  • A minimum of 1 year of consistent vinyasa flow yoga practice is recommended

  • To meet Yoga Alliance’s requirements for a 200-hour Registration, attendance at all modules is mandatory

  • 60 mat hours (outside of training weekends) must be met, recorded, and turned in to receive certification

  • Prior to acceptance into the program, each applicant will be required to attend a class with Katherine followed by a short interview

  • All written assignments and projects must be completed to receive certification

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellations before start date

Total cost of training, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit, will be refunded in full.

Cancellations on/after start date

After the first nine 9 hours (1 full day) of training, students will be held accountable for paying for all attended hours, no exceptions. Cancellations after the start date will be refunded at a prorated amount, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.


Missed Hours

  • In appliance with Yoga Alliance standards, attendance to all weekend modules is mandatory for certification

  • Any unplanned missed hours (due to sickness, emergencies, etc) MUST be made up and will result in $50 per hour, per topic missed to meet and review or no certification will be provided

  • The $500 deposit is due 3 days before start date

  • The remaining balance may be divided into four monthly payments during the duration of training

  • Payments must be paid at the beginning of each month in full

  • Certificates will be received once payments are completed
